Import expenses

Expenses already booked in DATEV (e.g. studio, mastering, marketing) can be imported directly as recoupments in melino and assigned to tracks, products, or contracts.

Capture incoming payments

Incoming payments such as sync fees or neighboring rights revenues are detected from DATEV and can be classified as credit recoupments in melino.

Automatic credit note posting

Approved royalty statements are automatically transferred to DATEV as credit note bookings, including the PDF document.

Partner master data sync

Artists, licensors, and licensees are kept in sync between melino and DATEV's debtor/creditor records.

Post revenues per period

Period revenues from DSP reports are summarized and automatically transferred to DATEV as journal entries.

Balance reconciliation

Account balances from DATEV are displayed directly in melino's reporting module to reconcile open advances and liabilities in real time.
