Tags

Tags allow individual keywords to be assigned system-wide to most item types.

They are useful to group content and facilitate both operational work and subsequent evaluation in controlling.

General

Name

Choose a name that is as short as possible but descriptive.

Tag Group

A Tag is always part of a Tag Group, which defines the icon of the Tag. The Tag Group also determines whether multiple Tags can be assigned to an item or if only one selection is allowed.

Migration

Migration allows you to merge the current Tags into another, for example, because over time it has become clear that a distinction is no longer useful.
