General

The Exports section contains a collection of custom reports, copies of database tables, and pre-filled forms for collecting societies or agencies.

Exports of database tables allows raw data access, for example, for more complex bulk updates.

Example

Track Shares provides a special overview of licence usage per Track. Each recording is listed with all associated contracts and their shares. The Total Share column shows the cumulative shares as a percentage. Values above 50% are automatically marked in red to highlight possible incorrect settings, e.g.e duplicate contract assignments or incorrect stake entries.

Dynamic exports with a time limit of one year and one period, e.g., the first half year of 2026.
