Import expenses - Expenses already booked in DATEV (e.g. studio, mastering, marketing) can be imported directly as recoupments in melino and assigned to tracks, products, or contracts.
Capture incoming payments - Incoming payments such as sync fees or neighboring rights revenues are detected from DATEV and can be classified as credit recoupments in melino.
Automatic credit note posting - Approved royalty statements are automatically transferred to DATEV as credit note bookings, including the PDF document.
Partner master data sync - Artists, licensors, and licensees are kept in sync between melino and DATEV's debtor/creditor records.
Post revenues per period - Period revenues from DSP reports are summarized and automatically transferred to DATEV as journal entries.
Balance reconciliation - Account balances from DATEV are displayed directly in melino's reporting module to reconcile open advances and liabilities in real time.
