Artists

Artists are performers that are displayed to the end user, e.g., "DJ Manson", "The Beasts" or "Sarah Likely".

If multiple Artists should be displayed ("DJ Manson feat. Sarah Likely"), they are later chained in Track Edit or Product Edit.

This means that ideally no Artist chains are created in Artists but each Artist individually. This gives great flexibility and enables the Reporting to evaluate revenue and profit by an individual Artist.

When multiple Artists perform a Track, they will be chained in Track Edit or Product Edit.

An artist profile is used exclusively for display on products and digital platforms. It does not contain any billing or contract information. For legal and financial matters, you must create a Partner, and if they are creatively involved, as a Participant.

List View

In the List view you can see next to the name, how many tracks and products are linked to the artist and which social media links are stored.

Edit View

When clicking on a row in the List View, the Edit View opens and all details can be edited.

If social media links are stored, they will be embedded in the interactive labelcopies and promotion pages.
