Artists, labels, and publishers create music. Someone needs to make sure they get paid correctly. That's where you come in.
At melino, we've been building software and running services for the music industry for eighteen years. We're looking for a Royalty Accountant to join our Label Management team in Berlin.
What you'll do
Your work revolves around four areas:
- Sales Reports & Numbers – Import sales reports, process royalties, assign costs and payments, and make sure the numbers add up.
- Contracts & Data – Read music contracts and set them up in our royalty system. You'll learn to turn legal language into structured data.
- Problem-Solving & Communication – When questions come in from clients or colleagues, you investigate, find answers, and become the go-to person.
- Tools & Process Improvement – Help us build better workflows. You'll be involved in system integrations, process redesigns, and BI reporting.

- Your English is strong (many of our clients and colleagues are international)
